Thank you for shopping with Automotive Prestige. Please review our return and refund policy before requesting a return.
30-day return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging with all accessories, in a resalable condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping and restocking fees
For change-of-mind returns, non-fault returns, or returns where the product is not defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
A restocking fee of 30% of the product value applies to change-of-mind and non-fault returns, where permitted by applicable law.
If Automotive Prestige arranges the return shipment for you, the applicable return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or charged before the return is processed:
- Europe: €25 return shipping charge
- Outside Europe: €200 return shipping charge
Return shipping charges and restocking fees do not apply when the return is due to a faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrect item confirmed by Automotive Prestige.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email info@automotiveprestige.ie with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalised items, items used outside our care guidelines or fabric manual, items not returned in their original packaging or condition, sale or discounted items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact us within 30 days to request approval. After approval, return the item unused and in its original condition. Once we receive and approve the return, we will refund you minus any applicable fees, and you may place a new order. Shipping fees may apply to the new shipment.
EU 14-day cooling-off right
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must still be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping and any applicable deductions apply where permitted by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping charges and restocking fees.
Please remember that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at info@automotiveprestige.ie.
